YEE HAW!! Kick up yer heels with a Country Waltz & Two Step class and get boot scootin' on the dance floor during our social practice hour!

Makes a great date night or group outing! Or just walk-in and dance because it's better to be with friends!

6pm: Country Western Polka
7pm: Two Step
8-9pm:  Social Dance Practice Hour
We turn the lights down and the music up so you can practice what you've learned in a club-style atmosphere. Instructor Assistance Available. Refreshments provided.

First-time visitors to our studio must submit a completed liability waiver. To speed your process, bring a completed waiver. Of course, we'll have them at the studio also.

The Salsa Spirit is Austin's very own monthly Salsa social, supplying great Salsa music that inspires and encourages the dancers to their best on the dance floor.

9:00-10:00pm On1 Salsa (Beginner & Intermediate classes)
10:00pm-2:30am Salsa Dancing - Multiple DJ's
(Salsa Dura & Smooth Salsa Rhythms)

$10pp - 9pm Class and Social
$7pp - Social Dancing only

TEEN Social Dance and Classes · May 24th · 6:00pm - 11:00pm

Class & Social dancing especially for teens!

FRIDAY, MAY 24th

Teen Dances are every 4th Friday of the month. Tell your friends and join us for a great, wholesome good time with friends!

Learn all the latest and greatest dances and enjoy dancing to lively, fun music all night! Your requests are welcome.
Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Swing, Cha Cha, Rumba, Salsa, Two Step, Line Dances and more!!

Refreshments provided.

$15pp (Includes 2 dance classes {6&7pm} plus the social dance)
$10pp (Includes 1 dance class plus the social dance)
OR current members can bring someone new who has never been to Uptown before and you both get in for 1/2 price!

If you've never danced with us before, your parent needs to complete a Youth Waiver (PDF). These forms are also available at our reception desk.

Take a beginner workshop with Carson Watson OR a Silver level workshop with Kristy Watson, learn some some fantastic new patterns and then twinkle, promenade and chasse on the largest dance floor - to the best Ballroom music in town!!!

Our dance floor is large enough to accommodate all your grandest dance patterns!

7:00pm:  FOXTROT Workshops
Beginner workshop with Carson Watson
Silver level workshop with Kristy Watson

8-11pm:   Ballroom Variety Dance
DJ Kristy mixes up a variety of her ballroom favorites for your dancing pleasure!
